SaigonSan Restaurant & Rooftop Terrace, the newest addition by Tugu Hotels & Restaurants, is a restaurant in Malang serving modern cuisine of Indochina.

Inspired by the colorful night markets festivals in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, SaigonSan Rooftop is vibrant and playful, decorated with arts inspired by local contemporary Vietnamese artists. Shaded by hundred years old trees and Thai pergolas, it features relaxed low seating, fluffy cushions, and romantically lit by dozens of lanterns.It’s the ultimate place to live the moment, spending lazy afternoons and romantic evenings where time pauses, people watching on the streets down below, and seeing the crimson dusk slowly being replaced by twinkling lights and the stars.

SaigonSan celebrates the culture and cuisine of Indochine or Indochina, nowdays it corresponds to the present-day areas of Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and (variably) peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. The diverse cultures of Indochine traced their roots to pre-modern kingdoms and empires. SaigonSan, including the adjoining Royal Angkor Room is where guests can have the best cuisine while enjoying the Arts of the Gods - beautiful historical artworks of Indochina in the atmosphere of the Angkor ancient kingdom and temples.
