As stated at all points of booking, this hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages at our restaurant and room minibars. The consumption of alcoholic beverages at public areas including the lobby, restaurant, ballroom and pool terrace is strictly prohibited. However, guests are allowed to consume their own in the privacy of their rooms.

Our restaurant serves only halal cuisine. We also do not serve vegetarian and vegan meals. Additionally, cigarettes and cigars are also not available.

Smoking is not allowed in all public areas in this hotel including the restaurant except for in designated smoking areas. The poolside terrace is also a non-smoking area. Smoking is only allowed in the balconies of every room whilst smoking in the bedrooms is strictly prohibited and can trigger the smoke alarm.

The check-in time is at 3 PM. However, guests who arrive from 2 PM and are not given their rooms immediately will be treated to a complimentary hi-tea and snacks which are available from 2 PM to 5 PM. Check-out time remains at 12 PM.

As with many hotels in Yogyakarta, this hotel is located in the vicinity of several mosques and the morning prayer call at around 04:30 might wake up light-sleepers. Disposable ear plugs are available at IDR 20.000 a pair and can be bought at the front desk.

Guests who choose to check-out due to dissatisfaction with hotel's policies, rooms, facilities or services and wish to be refunded can make their claim within one hour of arrival. We will refund the nett amount received by us and not the amount paid by the customers within 3 working days.
